Where is my data stored?
Your Data-Room on openraise.capital secures your documents by keeping the original file off the website. The issuer chooses a private European Union drawer or a private United States drawer. The original sits in that drawer. A viewer who has been named, admitted, and has filed the NDA sees page pictures, not the Word or Excel file. The drawers are held by Cloudflare and are not public. Open.Raise does not offer an Australian storage region. A photograph of a screen is still possible.

Can an investor download the original file?
No. The room is built to show pages. The original is not the thing sent to the browser. That is not a promise that a screenshot is impossible.

Who chooses the European Union or United States drawer?
The issuer chooses when the room is opened. An EU room does not read the US drawer, and a US room does not read the EU drawer. The choice is locked to that room.

Is the website the same place as the files?
No. openraise.capital is the door. The files and the page pictures stay in the private drawers. The door checks the name, the admit, and the NDA before a page is shown.
